WPF hands on Lab introduction

I have knocked up a WPF hands on lab to walk through some basic task that the developers at my current contract would need to do on a day to day basis. It should be pretty simple to follow and the feedback from the team is fairly positive so far. This is "101" level. There is every intention of producing a 200 level lab in the new year.
